Ryanair unveils 25 new routes |

Brits planning to book flights to Spain in the near future may be interested to learn that budget airline Ryanair has launched a total of 25 new routes.
These include new services to and from Alicante airport, which is within easy reach of a number of top resorts, such as La Torre, La Manga and Mar Menor . Stephen McNamara, a spokesman for the airline, commented: "Ryanair continues to develop great new routes so that passengers can beat the recession by flying at Ryanair's guaranteed lowest fares and no fuel surcharges to exciting destinations all over Europe."
To celebrate the launch of the new routes, the carrier has slashed the cost of fares during late February and March by up to 30 per cent.

Ryanair launches new flights to Spain |

Irish holidaymakers planning to book flights to Spain this summer may be interested to learn that budget airline Ryanair has launched a number of new routes from Cork.
In total, seven new summer services will be in operation, with the airline planning to temporarily base one of its planes at the hub during June, July and August.
Passengers flying from Cork will now be able to book flights to destinations including Alicante, Barcelona and Malaga.
Commenting on the news, Ryanair chief Michael O'Leary said: "Ryanair's seven summer peak routes will mean that for the first time the people of Cork can escape to the sun by availing of Ryanair's guaranteed lowest fares, avoiding Aer Lingus' high fares.

Holidaymakers looking to snap up some unusual gifts for their family and friends may be interested to learn that a medieval market is due to take place this weekend.
Held at the Plaza Marques de Rafal in the Costa Blanca city of Orihuela, it is set to attract thousands of locals and visitors, Euro Weekly reports.
"An official inauguration ceremony will take place at 11:30 on Friday (February 5th), when a procession will follow a route from the City Council to the adopted market place," the news provider notes.
As well as snapping up souvenirs and presents, those visiting the market will have the opportunity to attend workshops, enjoy entertaining performances and sample a delicious range of local food and drinks.
