The Monte Verde community offers 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and villas, sleeping up to a maximum of 8 people. All properties at Monte Verde have private terraces, which offer fantastic views for sunbathing, and a barbecue for dining alfresco.
The Monte Verde community is located behind and above the Los Molinos community on La Manga Club. We would not recommend this community for children or people who wish to avoid hills or steep inclines. Monte Verde is a short walk to the tennis centre and childrens club on La Manga Club. The Golf Club is about a 5 minute drive from Monte Verde but if you are going to La Manga Club to spend time in a quiet but amazing location, then Monte Verde is definitely the right community for you. All Monte Verde apartments and villas are fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, which includes everything required for a self catering holiday.
Depending on whether you were planning to cook whilst away on holiday or just go out for meals, you will not be disappointed by the choice. There are 2 very well stocked supermarkets at La Manga Club as well as over 25 restaurants and bars. The closest supermarket and restaurant to Monte Verde are located at Bellaluz Square which is about a 5 minute walk.
When staying at the Monte Verde community, you have exclusive access to two swimming pools on the Monte Verde development, one outdoor and a heated indoor swimming pool. You also have access to the large community Oasis swimming pool alongside the La Manga tennis centre.
