 The community of Las Brisas has two different styles of accommodation, firstly are the town house style holiday homes and secondly are the private detached villas. Although they are two different types of accommodation, they have both been built to a high standard with the highest specifications, giving Las Brisas a reputation for style and luxury at La Manga Club.
The Las Brisas town houses are found in a small cluster close to the southern golf course. They are also fully air conditioned to keep the properties cool during the hot summer months, however the air conditioning can also be used to heat the accommodation in the winter months if it gets cold.
The townhouses come as 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties and have had no expenses spared when designing them to make them as best as they could be. The bathrooms and Kitchens are made in marble and have had every possible modern convenience installed, making them more convenient and more like a real home from home. With integrated broadband and satellite TV, this community has become one of the most popular at La Manga Club.
When staying at Las Brisas, you have the choice of three different out door swimming pools, which are all exclusively maintained for only the Las Brisas residents.
