 The apartments and duplexes at the La Colina community have well equipped kitchens complete with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. All properties have spacious open plan living rooms, as well as separate utility rooms. Outside the apartment, there is a large terrace with sun loungers, dining furniture and a built in barbecue.
The master bedrooms have king size beds with en-suite facilities, Whilst other bedrooms have use of a large family bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath. The bathrooms are equipped with his and hers hand basins as well as being finished using marble and local spanish products.
all properties in the La Colina community are air-conditioned throughout, making a holiday here during the summer as comfortable as possible. If you decide to hire a car whilst holidaying in Spain, there is room for parking at the front of your apartment. If you want to go exploring the surrounding areas of La Manga Club, we would recommend hiring a car as it will work out more cost effective than getting taxis and buses everywhere. You can take advantage of hiring a car from the airport and then using the car whilst on holiday as it works out around the same sort of price as getting taxis from the airport to La Manga Club and back.
The La Colina apartments are built around a community pool with childrens paddling area. This area is exclusively for use of La Colina guests only making the perfect area to relax in the sun. These facilities also make La Colina appealing to families and groups with younger children.
La Colina is within easy walking distance to many shops, bars and a choice of several excellent La Manga Restaurants near Bellaluz Square. The Tennis academy is also a short walk away and can be reached in under 5 minutes.
