Lying aside natural park area, runners can jog through unblemished countryside without having to travel far from their accommodation.

Maps can be obtained from the information centre and there are a variety of routes suitable for different ages and standards of fitness.

For a relaxing walk, the hills surrounding La Manga Club are unrivalled in the views they offer of the surrounding area. Jogging routes and well-marked paths are also in abundance.

Close to the resort, in the village of Los Belones, there is a fairly straightforward walk to the summit of the La Fuente hill. After roughly 45 minutes of walking enjoy spectacular vistas of the Mediterranean.
